I’m Louise McNab, a Business Consultant, Performance Coach and Transformation Partner with a background in luxury consumer brands and global media.
After two decades at the sharp end of global business — leading commercial strategy, large-scale transformation, and multi-million-pound partnerships — I founded my own consultancy to help others achieve meaningful change.

Living in South West London with my husband, daughter and two rescue dogs, I’m a passionate traveller, lifelong learner, and believer in continuous growth.
